　　①Remove all external wiring and mark each terminal, especially the terminal with polarity (DC motor).

　　②Remove the belt pulley or coupling, and record the distance between the coupling and the pillow block.

　　③Remove the screws of the commutator side end cover and bearing cover, and open the end cover.

　　④Open the ventilation window on the side end cover of the commutator, take out the brush from the brush holder, remove the wire connected to the brush rod and mark it.

　　⑤Before disassembling the commutator side end cover, mark the joint between the end cover and the base, and then place a wooden board. Use a hammer to strike the edge of the end cover evenly to make the end cap stop slowly separate from the base and the base. Bearing outer ring.Then mark the position of the brush holder and take out the brush holder.

　　⑥Wrap the commutator with thick paper or cloth to keep the commutator clean and avoid bruising.

　　⑦Remove the end cover screws on the shaft extension side, and pull out the armature and end cover from the stator core. Take care not to damage the armature windings during operation.

　　⑧ If you want to replace the bearing, you can remove the bearing screw on the shaft extension side, and remove the bearing cover, end cover and bearing.

　　⑨All the disassembled parts should be placed and stored in the order of disassembly, so as not to be lost, and to facilitate the assembly process.

　　When assembling the motor, the operation steps are reverse to those for disassembly, just reset the parts and wiring according to the marks.
