How to remove the brush holder, windshield and fan blades of the motor?

The disassembly method of the motor brush holder, wind cover and fan blade is as follows:

①For enclosed motors, after disassembling the pulley or coupling, unscrew the screws of the outer air hood and remove the air hood. Then unscrew the positioning screw or take out the pin on the fan at the end of the rotor shaft, tap the fan around the fan gently and evenly with a wooden hammer, and the fan can be loosened and removed.

②For a wire-wound motor, first loosen the brush holder spring, lift the brush holder to remove the brush, and then remove the brush holder. To ensure accurate reset during assembly, mark should be made before disassembly.

③For small motors, the fan does not need to be removed, but is drawn out together with the rotor. When the bearing in the end cover needs to be greased or replaced, the fan should be removed.

④ The method of disassembling the fan blades should be different according to the different installation methods. Some of the blades are fixed with clamping screws, some are fixed with head screws, and some are fixed with pins. There are two square holes on the new plastic fan blade, which are used to insert the two pull hooks into the holes for disassembly. Two threaded holes are specially drilled near the axis of the fan blades of large motors, which are used to alternately screw in two screws commensurate with the holes to push the fan blades out.The fan blades of large motors are tightly installed and difficult to remove. Therefore, when disassembling the fan blades, you should carefully observe the fixing method of the fan blades, and then take corresponding disassembly measures.
