  Always keep the motor clean

  When the motor is in motion, the air inlet must be kept clean.Dust, water stains, oil stains and other debris are not allowed within at least 3m around the air inlet to prevent being sucked into the motor.If these dust, oil, and water are sucked into the motor, it will form a short-circuit medium, damage the insulation layer of the wire, cause a short circuit between turns, increase the current, and increase the temperature and burn the motor.Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that the motor has sufficient insulation resistance and a good ventilation and cooling environment to keep the motor in a safe and stable state during long-term operation.

  Work under rated load

  Motor overload operation is mainly caused by excessively large drag load, low voltage, or stuck machinery driven by it.When the motor is operating under an overload state, it will cause the motor's speed to drop, the current to increase, the temperature to rise, and the winding coils to overheat.If the motor is overloaded for a long time, the motor will burn out due to aging failure at high temperature, which is the main reason for the motor to burn out.Therefore, when the motor is in motion, pay attention to frequently checking whether the transmission is flexible and reliable. Check and adjust the tightness of the transmission belt and the coaxiality of the coupling at any time. If there is jamming, it should be stopped immediately to find out the cause and remove the fault. Run again later.

  Three-phase current must be balanced

  For a three-phase asynchronous motor, in its three-phase current, the difference between the average value of any one-phase current and the other two-phase current is not allowed to exceed 10% in order to ensure the safe and normal operation of the motor.If the current value of a single phase and the average value of the other two phase currents exceed the specified limit, it indicates that the motor is faulty. The cause must be found out and the fault can only be continued to run, otherwise the motor will be burned.
