Wiring method of permanent magnet synchronous motor

author:xiaoE date:2021-07-04 17: 23

  The connection method we use for the motor is related to the operating current, and when the cross-sectional area of the internal winding of the motor is fixed, the delta connection method is used for high voltage, and the star connection method is low voltage.

  Generally, high-power motors use delta connection methods because they can reduce the load current.

  Daily households usually use single-phase motors, while three-phase motors rarely appear.When using the delta connection method, the voltage applied to the motor coil is the line voltage.When using the star connection method, the voltage applied to the motor coil is the phase voltage.The relationship between line voltage and phase voltage is: √3Uphase u003dU line.

  Because the internal resistance of the motor is determined after the motor is completed, according to the same power situation, the higher the voltage, the lower the current.

  In addition, I would like to add one point: the burning of the motor is not caused by high voltage, but because of excessive current, because the current flows through the conductor to generate heat, rather than the conductor when a voltage is applied.

  How to find the wrong wiring of permanent magnet synchronous motor

  Use the multimeter method to connect the Y-shaped three-phase windings of the permanent magnet synchronous motor. Connect any phase to the 36V power supply, and connect the other two phases to the multimeter.Observe whether there is a reading.

  If there is a reading, it means that the phase without power has been reversed.

  The mA# meter # method connects the three-way connection of the permanent magnet synchronous motor to the mA meter, and then slowly rotate the hand rotor.If the pointer does not move or does not move, it means that the three-phase wiring is correct.If your hand swings a lot, it means the wiring is wrong, you can replace the one-phase winding wiring and try again.

  The steering method connects the permanent magnet synchronous motor winding Y to the neutral point and the reason.Connect the 380V power supply to the two lead ends of the motor in turn.Pay attention to the rotation of the motor.If the motor rotates three times the same, it means that the head and tail are correct.If the three-time permanent magnet synchronous motor has the same steering direction twice, it means that it has participated in the winding of the phase in the same direction.

  The lamp test method connects the two-phase windings of any permanent magnet synchronous motor in series and connects to a 220V power supply.The two ends of the three phases are connected to the test light.If the light is on, the end of one phase is connected to the end of two phases;

  Explain that the end of one phase is connected to the end of two phases; the same method can be used to determine the beginning and end of the three phases.

  The DC polarity method connects the two ends of one phase winding of the three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor to the milliamp meter, and the other phase winding is connected to both ends of the dry cell through a switch. When the switch is closed, the pointer of the milliamp meter is observed.

  It shows that the positive terminal of the battery and the positive terminal of the milliampere meter are in the same pole, and the opposite is negative.

  The voltmeter method is to connect the two windings of any permanent magnet synchronous motor in series based on the wrong head and tail, and connect it to the voltmeter.The other end is connected to a 36V power supply.

  This means reversing the two phases in the series, replacing a phase connector, and then trying again.The above is the wiring method of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, and find out the wiring error.
