  If the vibration motor fails during operation, it can be prevented and eliminated in time by three methods of observation, smell and touch to ensure the safe operation of the vibration motor.

  First, please refer to the visible signs of the vibration motor

  A.The stator winding is short-circuited, the insulation layer is damaged, and the vibrating motor will emit smoke.

  B.When the vibration motor of the three-phase inverter suddenly stops, you will see sparks at the loose connection;

  C.Frequency conversion vibration motor, the alarm transmission device of the frequency converter is stuck or the fixing foot bolts of the three-phase vibration motor are loose, etc.

  There are signs of fever.

  Third, smell

  By smelling the smell of the three-phase asynchronous vibration motor, it can also judge and prevent malfunctions.

  If a special paint smell is found, it indicates that the internal temperature of the three-phase asynchronous vibration motor is too high;

  Fourth, touch the vibration motor

  A.overload.

  The current is too large and the stator winding is overheated.

  B.Short circuit between stator winding turns or unbalanced three-phase current.

  C.Start or brake frequently.

  D.If the temperature around the bearing is too high, it may be caused by damage to the vibration motor bearing or lack of oil
