  1. Heavy-load starting of ordinary three-phase asynchronous motors

  2. Heavy-load starting of high-power three-phase asynchronous motors

  In this environment, both a higher starting torque and a limited starting current are required. If the cage-type asynchronous motor with high starting torque cannot meet the requirements, the single-phase asynchronous motor can be recovered, and the corresponding resistance can be connected in series in the rotor circuit. It can increase the starting torque and reduce the starting current. Therefore, production machines that require large starting torque or frequent starting are often driven by winding-type asynchronous motors. High-power motors are generally of winding type.

  The common starting essentials for high-power three-phase asynchronous motors are rotor string solid resistance, frequency-sensitive resistance or liquid resistance. High-power winding type asynchronous motor rotor string solid resistance starts, which cannot be adjusted steplessly, and the starting is not smooth.In order to reduce the attack, multi-level symmetrical resistors should be connected in series in the rotor circuit, and the starting resistors should be gradually removed as the speed increases. Therefore, the equipment investment is large and the operation and maintenance are not convenient.
