　　So it should be a delta connection motor, and the rated voltage of the motor winding is 380V.If it is connected in a star connection, each phase winding is subjected to 220V voltage, and the rated voltage is not applied, and the winding resistance is stable, so the current is reduced.According to calculations, the star connection current is one third of the angle connection current, so the power is also reduced to one third of the angle connection.

If the original load is still carried, the motor will be overloaded if the power is insufficient, and the current will increase higher than the rated current, the temperature of the motor will rise, and it will run for a long time, and the winding will be burned.Therefore, if the motor is under no-load or light-load environment, it can be operated in star connection, and if it is heavily loaded, it will burn.So once there is a problem with the motor wiring, it will cause the temperature of the motor to rise due to overload, and even cause the motor to burn out in severe cases.
