Plateau Motor Manufacturers Ranking How do motor manufacturers control the shaft current of high-power variable frequency motors?

  With the growth of the machine manufacturing industry, the frequency conversion motors used in machinery and equipment are gradually becoming large-scale frequency conversion motors such as high-power frequency conversion motors and high-voltage frequency conversion motors. However, the manufacturer of Wanbang frequency conversion motor reminds that manufacturers must use high-power frequency conversion motors. Pay attention to the shaft current, because the shaft current is one of the common causes of obstacles in variable frequency speed control motors.

  Today, the inverter motor manufacturers will sort out the data for everyone to answer, how does the manufacturer control the motor shaft current.First of all, we must first know what is the motor shaft current?

  As the name suggests, the shaft current is actually the current in the motor shaft---bearing seat---base circuit.

  Reasons for shaft current:

  (1) Magnetic field difference pool scale;

  (2) There are harmonics in the power supply current;

  (3) The manufacturing and installation are not good, and the air gap is uneven due to the preference of the rotor;

  (4) There is a deviation between the two semicircles of the detachable stator core;

  (5) The selection of the number of pieces of the stator core with fan-shaped stacks does not match.

  harm:

  The appearance of the motor bearing or the ball is corroded, and the shape and the point-like micro-holes will deteriorate the running function of the bearing, increase the friction loss and fever, and eventually cause the bearing to burn.

  Motor manufacturers can prevent the occurrence of shaft current through the following points

  (1) Eliminate pulsating magnetic flux and power harmonics (such as installing a switching reactor on the output side of the frequency converter);

  (2) When designing the motor, insulate the bearing seat and base of the sliding bearing, and insulate the outer ring and end cover of the rotating bearing.
