2. The unbalanced development of the three-phase power supply voltage technology of the motor will also cause the motor to heat up. This is because when the three-phase power supply input voltage unbalance exceeds 5%, it will easily cause the unbalance of the three-phase current. Ways to deal with it It is inspection and adjustment as well as voltage.

3. The contact problem of the motor power switch, the single-phase fuse break, will cause the lack of phase operation, and cause the temperature of the motor to rise.The solution is to repair or replace damaged parts.

The wiring of the motor windings is incorrect, causing the motor to run under the rated load to overheat. The solution is to correct the wiring of the windings.

As shown in Figure 5, the stator winding of the motor is sometimes opened in the short-circuit or grounding phase. This situation will lead to an increase in the current generated at the motor temperature. The solution is to increase the insulation for the center winding or directly replace it.

6. The cage rotor of the motor is broken or the wound rotor is loosened through the coil, which will cause the current of the maintenance network to increase and produce different temperature rises. The way to deal with it is to repair or replace a rotor.

As shown in Figure 7, when the motor bearing is worn severely, there will be a greater amount of heat generated by the wear. The solution is to check whether there is a loose bearing, if the stator and rotor have a bad match.

8. The excessive load of the motor is also the reason for the development of economic overheating. We can reduce the load or replace the high-power motor to solve the overheating problem.

9. The motor starts too frequently, the use environment temperature is too high, the ventilation is not smooth, etc. will also cause the motor temperature to be too high, reducing the number of starts, lowering the ambient temperature, ensuring unobstructed air ducts, eliminating dust and oil, and keeping the fan running well.
