What are the storage requirements for three-phase asynchronous motors?

author:xiaoE date:2020-01-01 13: 12
5. Three-phase asynchronous motors should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse.The suitable temperature in the warehouse should be kept within the range of 35℃~65℃, the relative humidity should not be higher than XNUMX%, and the intrusion of harmful gases, steam, smoke and dust should be prevented.

XNUMX. Strictly prevent pests and rats from biting organic insulating materials.

XNUMX. The motors in long-term storage should be inspected once every six months, and the insulation resistance should be measured once. If there is a significant decrease, it should be dried.

Fourth, the management requirements of the standby machine

1. Do a good job in anti-freeze, anti-condensation, heat preservation, anti-corrosion, lubrication, cranking, electrical insulation testing, cleaning and other maintenance work to ensure that the backup motor is in good condition and can be put into operation at any time.The existing problems should be recorded and handed over.

Check the intact condition of the spare motor regularly. The high-humidity storage point (that is, the relative humidity is greater than 65%) shall be checked once a month; the low-humidity storage point shall be checked every six months, and the dry storage point shall be checked once a year. Check contents :

a) Insulation resistance measurement: rated voltage <1000V, insulation resistance at room temperature is not less than 0.5 megohm; rated voltage> 1000V, insulation resistance at room temperature is not less than 1 megohm per kilovolt;

b) Measurement of the absorption ratio of the motor insulation resistance: the absorption ratio is not less than 1.3;

c) Manual cranking inspection: check the lubrication of the bearings and whether there are friction problems.

2. Periodic cranking system of spare motor

According to the actual situation, the spare motor cranking cycle is classified and formulated. For the spare motor with interlocking and self-starting, the cranking operation must be performed under the premise of ensuring the production and personal safety, and each time shall not be less than one and a half laps.Obvious turning marks should be drawn on the exposed parts of the equipment (such as shaft heads, couplings, etc.) and corresponding to the turning cycle.To establish a record of motor cranking.

3. Periodic switching system of standby motor

Where a backup motor is equipped, a regular switching system shall be implemented, and the operation mode of excessive fatigue use and no switching without accidents is strictly prohibited.A reasonable switching cycle should be established according to the structure, operating characteristics, and maintenance cycle of the standby equipment. When the standby station needs to be activated in advance due to a failure of the operating equipment, the cycle can be calculated from the switching day to avoid frequent switching.

After the standby motor is switched and put into operation, it should meet the technological requirements and the specified operating cycle to ensure normal production.The equipment and materials that are out of service after the switch should take measures to prevent cross-materials and do a good job of maintenance.The equipment under failover should be overhauled in time to ensure that it can be started and switched at any time.

After each switch, it is necessary to carefully record the tag number, name, switch start time, stop time, and technical data before and after the switch (such as medium temperature, medium pressure, bearing temperature, equipment vibration, starting current, operating current, operation Voltage, etc.) and operators, etc.

4. The standby motor must have a reliable power supply, which should be able to be connected at any time, and have corresponding safety measures.The automatic standby power input device must be tested regularly.

5. Motor storage location

1) Storage of purchased motors: Warehouse of the Material Department.

2) Storage of the returned motor: the warehouse of the Ministry of Materials.

3) Storage of motors to be repaired: After the motors are damaged, they should be stored in designated locations in each workshop, and the outsourced repair plan should be reported in time.

4) Storage of repaired motors: each repair unit.
