1. Explosion-proof design motor companies usually produce 6 thread ends. First remove the link piece on one terminal at the same time, and then use a megohmmeter to clamp the 3 thread ends in the lower row of the terminal in turn, megohm The other end of the meter clamps the iron casing of the motor and quickly swings the megohmmeter. If the student's reading is above 500 (usually 200), then the motor control winding is good through the ground voltage insulation technology.

2. The megohmmeter measures the 3 wires in the lower row of the terminal in sequence when the terminal is connected to the terminal to obtain 3 sets of data. If we are all 500 (usually 200), then this motor There is no phase-to-phase breakdown, that is, it is good. If the company only needs 3 heads, then only measure the voltage insulation of the motor system to the ground, and the phase-to-phase insulation problem needs a multimeter.Note: The insulation material resistance and minimum life of the 380V explosion-proof design motor cannot be significantly lower than 0.5 megohm.

Measure insulation resistance 3. Be careful not to connect the wrong circuit, and keep the motor in a dry environment during measurement.If there is a problem with the insulation resistance measurement, please report it to the technician in time. The explosion-proof motor that needs to be replaced should be replaced and repaired in time to avoid unnecessary trouble.
