2.7 电动机采用F级绝缘,定子绕组的温升(电阻法)按80K考核(其中机座号315L的2、4极和机座号355,允许按105K考核)。
Installation and use
1 Preparation before installation
1.1 Before unpacking the motor, check whether the packing box is intact or not.
1.2 After unpacking the motor, the dust and anti-rust coating of the motor should be carefully removed.
1.3 The following inspections must be carried out before the motor is installed. If it does not meet the requirements, it is not allowed to be put into use.
a. Have explosion-proof mark and explosion-proof certificate number, which are consistent with the requirements of the place where the motor is used;
b. The components of the flameproof enclosure are connected correctly and fastened reliably;
c. All explosion-proof parts should be free of cracks and defects that affect the explosion-proof performance (new motors that have not been dismantled may not be inspected);
d. The lubricating grease filling and draining device of the bearing is unblocked;
e. The insulation resistance between the stator winding and the casing: no less than 380MΩ at the rated voltage of 0.38V; no less than 660MΩ at the rated voltage of 0.66V.
2 The motor is driven by an elastic coupling, and the center of the motor and the main shaft to be driven should be consistent, otherwise it will cause bearing damage and shaft fracture.
3 Connection of motor and power cable
3.1 The outer diameter of the power lead-in cable must be consistent with the diameter of the sealing ring. The specifications of the sealing ring are shown in Table 5 (the concentric circles of the sealing ring can be stripped according to the outer diameter of the lead-in cable).The matching diameter difference is not more than 1mm. When the junction box bucket is compressed, there should be no gaps between the sealing ring and the cable and between the sealing ring and the junction box seat, otherwise the explosion-proof performance will be lost.
3.2 The core wire of the lead-in wire should be connected between the two bow-shaped washers. Be careful not to protrude the spurs of the core wire. The lead-in cable must also be pressed and fixed with a wiring pressure plate and bow-shaped washer to prevent movement.
3.3 The six-terminal junction box changes the connection method through the connecting piece, which can meet the needs of two different voltages (see the figure below). There are two inlets that can introduce two multi-core cables. When a multi-core cable is introduced, only When using one inlet, the plugging rod of the other inlet must not be removed, otherwise the explosion-proof performance will be lost.
3.4 The phase sequence U, V, and W of the motor must correspond to the phase sequence A, B, and C of the external power supply. The rotation of the motor is viewed clockwise from the shaft extension, otherwise the motor will reverse.
Maintenance and repair
1 The motor should be inspected and cleaned regularly. Dust should not accumulate on the shell, and the motor should not be cleaned by spraying with a water tap.
2 When the motor is running, the allowable temperature of the bearing should not exceed 95℃ (thermometer method). The bearing should be checked at least once every 2500 hours (about half a year). If the bearing grease is found to be deteriorated, it must be replaced in time. Before replacement, the bearing cover and oil must be stored. The waste oil in the box and the oil pipe of the oil filling and draining device, the oil cup are cleaned, and the bearing is cleaned with gasoline. The grease is lithium-based grease No. 3 (GB7324-87), and the amount of grease is 2-pole motor for the bearing chamber. 1/2 of the volume, 4/2 of 3 poles and above.
3 Pay attention to protecting the explosion-proof surface when disassembling and assembling the motor. (H63-160) Motors with frame size do not have bearing inner and outer covers, and the bearing is axially locked by the retaining ring installed in the hole in the bearing chamber of the end cover.When disassembling the motor, first remove the V-shaped shaft seal ring at the shaft extension end, remove the front end cover, and then remove the fan end fan cover and the fixing bolts of the rear end cover. Pull out the rear end cover together with the rotor from the fan end. The end cover and the retaining ring for the bearing hole are removed from the rotor together, and the bearing can be removed by removing the retaining ring for the hole.When assembling the motor, first install the bearing into the bearing chamber of the rear end cover, then install the retaining ring for the hole into the end cover slot, and sleeve it on the rotor, install the rotor into the stator and fix the rear end cover, and then install the shaft extension end bearing. Wave spring, front cover and fixing bolts, and then V-shaped shaft seal rings at both ends, and the wind cover is installed to complete the motor assembly.When assembling, the explosion-proof surface should be coated with 204-1 anti-rust grease.
4 When the motor is damp, it must be dried. Drying furnace or short-circuit current method can be used.During the drying process, the temperature rise of the motor windings should gradually increase and should not exceed 155℃. When the short-circuit current method is used for drying, the motor is in a short-circuit state, and its input current should be 0.6 to 0.8 times the rated current value. The motor should not be severely damp. Dry with direct current to avoid electrolysis.
5 When replacing the winding, note the type and size of the original winding, the number of turns and the wire gauge.When these data are lost, they should be obtained from the manufacturer.Randomly changing the original design windings will deteriorate one or several performances of the motor, making it unusable.
